Curtain Call - Forest Theatre Bremerton, Washington May 31, 1992
And if you liked playing "Where's Waldo" -- then try a game of "Guess which one is Greg" Hint: Greg was the Caliph.
Yesterday I realized that we had lost an
additional year or so of knowing Greg.
Kismet was in the early summer of 1992.
I still have our program and these few group photos!
Audiences are always welcome to speak to cast members at The Forest
Theatre. Sometimes the cast members even come up to the seats to
meet the audience -- this is an amphitheatre, by the way. Chances
are that we actually spoke to Greg or shook hands or said something to
him. We very often did that, since we felt then and still feel that
support and encouragement are so very valuable to all performers, and we
know that audiences are not always appreciative or at least they don't
seem to be, as Greg will certainly tell you. Those candy wrappers,
early departures, late arrivals, whispering, singing along, wooden faces
and "polite clapping" can be real tough sometimes. The
Forest Theatre is really a great place to bring children for their first
theatre experience. It is outdoors, surrounded by trees and huge rhododendrons.
Our oldest granddaughter has been going for most of her life and loves
it. Snacking, munching and picnicking are quite acceptable there,
and just part of a lovely weekend afternoon at the theatre.
This page is dedicated to Greg Thanks so much for so many wonderful and memorable theatre experiences, Greg. The pictures may not be the greatest, , but we're sure glad we took them! And we do hope we shook your hand that day, although I have a feeling I'd remember! |
